Movement for Mary Challenge!

Join the Movement for Mary Challenge, Thu, May 1 - Sat, May 31.
Commit to 30 minutes of movement per day, and pray at least one decade of the rosary each day during May.
This year, the focus is on praying the rosary with the Saints. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email containing five SoulCore Rosary single decade videos, accompanied by movements and reflections inspired by a different Saint.
You can do the challenge along with the video on your own at home whenever you wish, or consider getting a group together!
What is SoulCore?
SoulCore integrates the prayers of the rosary with strengthening and stretching movements that nourish body and soul. SoulCore is not yoga, nor are yoga poses used at any time.
